| Products and Services: Our 55,000 sq. ft. TS 16949 Certified facility uses the latest generation PPG black cathodic epoxy electrocoat to finish steel, aluminum and zinc die-cast, galvinized steel, cast iron and other metals. We coat a maximum length of 83", max. depth of 4', max. width of 2' and feature the following: 9-stage zinc phosphate pretreatment system, de-ionized final rinse, off-line and on-line racking, controlled in-line cure oven, and in-house burn-off ovens for quick and efficient rack cleaning. |
