| Products and Services: Burkard Industries is a custom coater specializing in difficult e-coat and powder coat applications, including masked parts, where quality is essential. Burkard features a "Class A" cathodic epoxy electrocoating system, which is suitable for appearance items that receive a powder or liquid topcoat and for customers that require a high quality e-coat finish. This state of the art system includes a 14 stage immersion/spray pretreat, four stage e-coat/postrinse, capability for two types of e-coat, and optional acid pickling. Burkard's powder capabilities include appearance coatings in a variety of colors and functional automotive powder coatings. Burkard can e-coat part sizes up to 8' wide x 4' deep x 5' high and powder coat part sizes up to 8' wide x 18' long x 6' high. |
